Body diameter, height, neck finish and wall consistency are checked against the approved drawing and physical sample.

Seal inspection
Aluminium skirts and moulded plastic tops are checked for size, finish, colour and correct assembly.

Vial and seal fit
The closure is tested on the intended vial neck so the crimp profile, fit and finished assembly match the approved sample.

Protected packaging
Approved products are arranged in protective trays, wrapped cleanly and packed into strong brown cartons for transport.
